For Residents Reporting Issues with a Local Adult-Use Retail Dispensary
CB14 relies on residents to report any issues or concerns with establishments in our district. If you have concerns about a local adult-use retail dispensary or to report illegal cannabis sales, please document the situation thoroughly. Submit your complaint through the 311 system, either online or by phone, and/or to the New York State Office of Cannabis Management on their website or by email at complaints@ocm.ny.gov. When you contact CB14 about the issue, make sure to provide a 311 reference number and any other information which will enable us to follow up more effectively.

Notification to Municipality
The New York State Office of Cannabis Management requires any establishment that is requesting a new license or renewal to notify the Community Board.
