Folks,
Salutations! I am Karl-Henry Cesar, Chairperson of Brooklyn Community Board 14.
What does this title mean? It means that I lead a team made up of 49 other board members, and 3 people in the Brooklyn Community Board 14 District Office. And together, we are here to help the residents of Flatbush, Midwood, and a small part of Kensington. And we’re here to help by doing the following:
- Listening—and I really mean listening—to your thoughts, comments, concerns, questions, and hopes.
- Serving as a bridge between you and city agencies, elected officials, and whoever else is needed to address your thoughts, concerns, questions, and hopes
Will we solve all of them all the time? No.
Will we try our hardest to do what we can? Absolutely.
Will we treat you with respect? Unequivocally.
