As the City of New York develops its first comprehensive Environmental Justice Plan (the EJNYC Plan), the Mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice (MOCEJ)has launched a short questionnaire to gather input from New Yorkers on priority environmental justice concerns and potential solutions across the city.
Responses will help identify gaps and inform the draft EJNYC Plan. This plan will put forth put forth actionable strategies to address environmental inequities identified in the 2024 EJNYC Report and embed environmental justice into City decision-making. A draft of the EJNYC Plan will be released next year for public review and feedback.
