IIf you’re feeling overwhelmed by the transition to motherhood, you are not alone. In this group, you will connect over the range of emotions that can come along with this new and meaningful role. Through guided discussion and shared experience, mothers will gain insight and practical tools to navigate this chapter with confidence and care.
For New York City residents. Light refreshments will be served. Participation int the group is free of charge.
