Train and Earn Industrial & Health Care Programs for Youth

Youth ages 18–24 with a high school diploma or GED can enroll in Train and Earn programs offering job training, certifications, internships, and employment support. In partnership with DYCD, programs include industrial and infrastructure training in construction, HVAC, and building maintenance, as well as health care pathways. Participants receive support to secure permanent jobs, complete high school equivalency if needed, and access postsecondary education and training. Weekly in-person information sessions are also available to learn about free training options across education, tech, building trades, financial services, and health care.
Weekly Information Sessions: You are welcome to join a weekly in-person information session to learn more about St. Nicks Alliance’s free training and offerings. All information sessions are held at St. Nicks Alliance Workforce Center at 92 Throop Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11206 at 1 PM:
- Education (HSE or ESOL) info sessions are on Mondays
- Tech Training info sessions are on Tuesdays
- Skills Training Info Sessions (construction, green trades, HVAC, environmental remediation) are on Wednesdays
- Job Club & Financial Training info sessions are on Thursdays
- Health Care info sessions are on Fridays
