Eligibility:

  • Women ages 40-75
  • Currently living in NYC
  • No mammogram in the past 12 months

Services are no-cost:

  • No copays or deductibles requited. Uninsured patients are welcome
  • Bring a photo ID and insurance cared (if insured)
  • Medical services provided by Multi-Diagnostic Services
