Brooklyn Bus Network Redesign

Posted on: www.cb14brooklyn.com

The MTA-NYC Transit invites all Brooklyn bus riders to participate in the Brooklyn Bus Network Redesign by completing an online survey before Wednesday, December 11, 2019.  Don’t miss out on your opportunity as a Brooklyn bus customer to be heard during the kickoff phase of the Borough Redesign. Take the online survey or submit a comment to share suggestions, questions and concerns related to the Brooklyn Bus Network.

The MTA is assessing all local, Select Bus Service, and express Brooklyn bus service to determine how existing routes and services match up with current and future customer needs and travel trends with the goal of improving customer experience. The Brooklyn Bus Redesign will focus on expanding bus priority, providing high frequency, high capacity bus service, improving bus stop spacing, reducing commute times, modifying low-performing bus routes, reducing route redundancy and subway overlap, and improving off-peak services. For more information, view or download our Brooklyn Bus Network Redesign presentation.
