The NYC City Planning Commission (CPC) will host a public hearing on the City of Yes for Housing Opportunity proposed zoning text amendment on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 10 AM.

This hearing gives New Yorkers an additional opportunity to share their perspectives about the proposal. Feedback will continue to be accepted after the hearing, up until the City Planning Commission vote in the fall.
Additional Way to Provide Comments: New Yorkers can provide comments or testimony at the hearing or at any time before the CPC vote via email. Please email your comments to HousingOpportunity@planning.nyc.gov. Optionally, you can use the worksheet available here to structure your feedback.
