Homeowners, tenants, small business owners, and building managers are welcome.

A Department of Buildings (DOB) community engagement liaison will be available to answer questions and provide information on:

Home renovation or construction projects
Open violations on a property
DOB’s online resources, including DOB NOW and the Buildings Information System (BIS)
Permits, construction codes, zoning regulations, certificates of occupancy, equipment installations, and more
