This event is designed as a celebration of wellness, culture, and empowerment. Throughout the day, attendees will have access to:
- Free health screenings (BMI, blood pressure, vitals)
- Two 30-minute Pilates sessions (pre-registration required)
- A powerful panel on cultural healing, weight loss, & empowerment
- Real patient stories of transformation
- Movement + wellness activities with The Fit In
- Food, music, and community energy
