Eligibility:
- Women aged 40 to 75
- Currently living in New York City
- No mammogram in the past 12 months
- No co-pays required and deductibles are waived. Uninsured patients also welcomed.
Services are no-cost. Please bring your photo ID and health insurance card (if insured)
