NYCHA Section 8 Voucher Assistance
Council Member Farah Louis is hosting, in partnership with State Senator Kevin Parker, Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn and Assemblymember Jamie R. Williams, a series of NYCHA Section 8 Voucher application assistance clinics with the following housing service providers and organizations:
- Flatbush Development Corporation (FDC)
- Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS)
- Housing & Family Services of Greater NY
- Brooklyn Legal Services Corp A (BKA)
- Fort Greene Council- IMPACCT-BK
- CUNY Haitian Studies Institute (HSI)
- Little Haiti BK

The following information is required to complete the application:
- Email Address
- Household information for all family members: Legal first, middle, & last name & date of birth
- Social Security number for each family member
- Total annual gross income for the entire household

Notice: NYCHA will use a lottery system to select 200,000 households for the NYCHA Section 8 waitlist. Only those selected by NYCHA for the waitlist will be eligible for a Section 8 voucher when they reach the eligibility determination stage.
