• Household information for all family members: Legal first, middle, & last name & date of birth
• Social Security number for each family member
• Total annual gross income for the entire household

Notice: NYCHA will use a lottery system to select 200,000 households for the NYCHA Section 8 waitlist. Only those selected by NYCHA for the waitlist will be eligible for a Section 8 voucher when they reach the eligibility determination stage.
