Every Thursday 11am-1pm, I AM CARIBBEING + Humana will be hosting FREE movement classes for seniors. Healthy snacks, movement classes and health services will be provided. Movement classes will be led by Kwabena Dance Company and Global Wellness instructors and feature line dancing, Zumba, and more.

What to expect:

Celebrate the close of summer break and the start of a new school year. There will be Games, Face Painting, Balloon Sculpting, Music, Food, Vendors, and Distribution of School Supplies (while supplies last).
