Virtual Town Hall – Ocean + Parkside Avenue Prospect Park Perimeter Restoration
Join Council Member Rita Joseph, Assemblymember Brian Cunningham and Prospect Park Alliance for a virtual presentation on the construction plans for the restoration of the Ocean Avenue and Parkside Avenue perimeters of Prospect Park, which includes the creation of new protected bike lane along Ocean Avenue, and transforming the Ocean + Parkside
Entrance into a pedestrian plaza with a monument to Brooklyn trailblazer Shirley Chisholm. Construction is slated to begin in October.
