The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene released updates to the interactive Community Health Profiles including with fresh data and new features. The profiles give a full picture of neighborhood health across NYC’s community districts.
The profile for Brooklyn Community District 14 covers Ditmas Park, Flatbush, Manhattan Terrace, Midwood, Ocean Parkway and Prospect Park South, but the name is shortened to just Flatbush and Midwood. Brooklyn Community Board 14 is one of 59 community districts in New York City and one of 18 community districts in Brooklyn. The report details neighborhood conditions, social and economic conditions, health of residents, along with maps and other resources.
