For Residents Reporting Issues with a Local Restaurant or Bar
CB14 relies on residents to report any issues or concerns with establishments in our district. If you have concerns about a local restaurant or bar, please document the situation thoroughly. Submit your complaint through the 311 system, either online or by phone, and/or to the New York State Liquor License Authority. If you contact CB14 about the issue, make sure to provide a 311 reference number which enable us to follow up more effectively.

Community Board 30-day Notice
The New York State Liquor Authority requires any establishment that is requesting a new liquor license or requesting to renew their liquor license to notify the Community Board at least 30 days before they file an application with the New York State Liquor Authority. Proof of the 30-day notice is to be submitted with the application.
