Below you will find outdoor dining applications received by Brooklyn Community Board 14 under the Department of Transportation’s Dining Out NYC program.
Dining Out NYC is a permanent outdoor dining program that builds on the temporary Open Restaurants initiative. It expands sidewalk dining year-round across all boroughs and permits roadway dining for eight months a year. Managed by the NYC Department of Transportation, the program establishes clear design guidelines to make outdoor dining more accessible, safe, and inviting.
To check if an establishment has been issued a Dining Out NYC license please visit the DOT’s Outdoor Dining Application Portal.
