Apply for the MTA Half-Fare OMNY and receive one on the spot! Transfer from the MetroCard to an OMNY card! Add Cash or Credit to an OMNY card! Seniors Citizens 65 years old & Disabled Individuals are eligible to apply. Proper identification, such as Medicare Card and Driver’s License or photo ID must be presented.
