6:40 PM – Public Hearing on Retail Cannabis Dispensary Application: 872 Flatbush Avenue. Bud Bodega Inc has submitted a provisional license application to the Office of Cannabis Management to open a retail dispensary. Applicant representative: Dwayne Cremona, 347-845-1169.

6:50 PM – Public Hearing on Potential Community Residence at 1241 East 18th Street, between Avenue M and Avenue L: HASC Center and the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) have submitted an application for a potential Community Residence to be located at 1241 East 18th Street, between Avenue M and Avenue L, within Community District 14, in compliance with Section 41.34(e)(2) of the New York State Mental Hygiene Law. The proposed Community Residence will be located in a four-family brick semi-attached home for up to twelve (12) females, aged 14-21, who are intellectually disabled, have a TBI, or are on the autism spectrum. The agency will provide housing, meals, recreation, companionship and continuous 24/7 supervision in a homelike environment staffed by professionals.
