On June 6, 2024, the City Council approved this proposal with modifications. The Council also secured commitments for the City to increase resources for enforcement, to address last-mile warehouses, and to ensure the success of the upcoming Industrial Development Strategic Plan. January 24, 2024 – CB14 Public Hearing & CB14 Recommendations

At the January 2024 Board Meeting CB14 ratified the board’s recommendations on proposals 1-7 from the January 3 hearing, and convened the Committee of the Whole to finalize CB14’s recommendations on this zoning text amendment. The Committee of the Whole met with David Weissglass, Department of City Planning  (DCP) to discuss, determine and ratify CB14’s recommendations on the rest of the proposals, 8 to 18, of the COYEO.
