Following the October 30, 2025 storm, NYC Housing Recovery Operations (HRO) has activated the Report Damage Portal for New Yorkers who experienced property damage.
If your property was affected, complete the online form in the portal. The form collects basic information about the damage and helps the City assess the impact of the storm. This data is shared with State and Federal agencies and may help connect eligible residents to available recovery programs and benefits.
