High school students passionate about Brooklyn can apply to join the Brooklyn Borough President’s Youth Advisory Council. Selected participants will meet twice a month—virtually and/or in person—with peers, city leaders, and staff to discuss youth issues, propose policy and program recommendations, and lead a service-learning project. Open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors enrolled in NYC public high schools for the 2025–2026 school year. Applicants must provide one adult reference.
