Project LEAP aims to create a society where LGBTQ+ youth can thrive with the support of their families and communities by fostering understanding, empathy, and acceptance. Through services such as online peer support groups (offered in English and Spanish), one-on-one counseling for parents and caregivers, and conflict mediation, the program supports families in navigating challenges. Educational workshops are available to parents, schools, and community members, while a special filmmaking program engages youth aged 15-18. These efforts help to build bridges and encourage accepting behaviors within families and broader communities.
