20 years ago, NYPD Detective Dillon H. Stewart was shot in the heart while in the line of duty and suffered a cardiac tamponade.
Due to available blood supply doctors attempted to save Detective Stewart’s life. Unfortunately, his injuries were too severe and he died.
Det. Dillon H. Stewart unselfishly served the community he worked in. Help honor his legacy by giving the gift of live by donating blood.
