Democracy on Your Block: Inside Brooklyn’s Community Boards
This panel brings together representatives from CBs 9, 10 and 18 to discuss how democracy works at the neighborhood level; a flyer is attached. The program is part of CBH’s exhibition People Making Power: Politics in Brooklyn (on view through August 2026).
The Center for Brooklyn History (CBH) is Brooklyn Public Library’s nationally recognized research and public history library. Formerly known as the Brooklyn Historical Society, CBH is free and open to all, providing visitors with dynamic ways to connect with Brooklyn’s story through historical collections, enlightening programs, educational resources, and wide-ranging exhibitions.
