NYC Department of Transportation, in partnership with Council Member Rita C. Joseph, will host a free bike helmet giveaway on Saturday, May 16 from 11 AM to 2:30 PM at Parade Grounds, 45 Parade Place in Brooklyn.

Helmets will be distributed to attendees while supplies last. Adults receiving a helmet must sign a waiver, and a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign for children under 18.
