Participate in the City Budget Process for Fiscal Year 2028

Complete CB14’s Community Budget Recommendations Survey by Friday, September 4, 2026

Under the City Charter, all 59 NYC Community Boards submit budget recommendations each year for the City’s upcoming capital and expense budgets.

To inform this process, CB14 is conducting a survey to gather community input. The results will help identify and prioritize district needs for CB14’s budget recommendations for Fiscal Year 2028, which runs from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028.

Participating is simple. You can complete the survey online or submit it by mail, email, or fax. To be reviewed and considered, feedback must be received by Friday, September 4, 2026. Responses will be discussed at the public hearing on Monday, September 14, 2026.
