Eligible participants are adults aged 18–65 with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, legal eligibility to work in the U.S., and proficiency in English speaking and writing. Participants should be seeking full-time or part-time work or internships. The program supports career development in fields such as finance, accounting, marketing, advertising, technology, human resources, and office administration. Recruitment is open all year long.
