A 16-week paid training program for young women ages 14–24 to mentor girls in Brooklyn. Participants receive $2,000 while gaining trauma-informed coaching, life-skills training, community resources, and networking opportunities. The program provides mentorship experience and professional development in a supportive environment. Applications are now open, sessions start in March 2025.

Gain hands-on experience in forest restoration while earning $16.50/hour in Prospect Park, home to Brooklyn’s last remaining forest. Youth Crew members work on trail maintenance, plant native species, remove invasive plants, and help sustain the park’s woodlands. The program runs from April to October with spring and fall sessions on Saturdays and a full-time summer session. Open to youth seeking professional experience in green careers.
