Need support with tech challenges? Neighborhood Tech Help offers free one-on-one tech support at locations near you. Digital Navigators are available to help with a wide range of issues including avoiding scams, recovering passwords, accessing low-cost internet, using communication tools, finding reliable health information, and navigating online services. Support may be available in multiple languages. Call the hotline (10 AM–5 PM, Mon/Wed/Fri, except holidays) or email for help, or bring your device to a participating location for in-person support.
