Every Thursday 11am-1pm, I AM CARIBBEING + Humana will be hosting FREE movement classes for seniors.

Healthy snacks, movement classes and health services will be provided.

Movement classes will be led by Kwabena Dance Company and Global Wellness instructors and feature line dancing, Zumba, and more.
