The CUFFH team is dedicated to assisting its members in obtaining the housing they deserve. Over the course of the year, they have successfully guided numerous CUFFH members through the NYC Housing Lottery application process, enabling them to secure affordable apartments. Their goal is to extend this support to others as well. The housing services team provides application review, assists with the interview process, and connects individuals with additional organizations and programs when necessary.

CUFFH has set up informational workshops via Zoom on Thursday, October 26th to give tenants an introduction to the affordable housing lottery through the NYC Connect portal: what to expect, how it works, and how you can enter!
