Eligibility Criteria:
Self-referred women must be 40-85 years old
- Women 40 and older can self-refer for an annual exam (12 months since prior mammogram)
- Women cannot be pregnant
- Women cannot be breastfeeding – wait until you stop breastfeeding and breasts are back to normal size
- Bra size cannot exceed 44DD
- Women cannot have implants
- Women who have received their second COVID vaccination or booster less than 4 weeks prior to this appointment cannot be seen (mammogram is recommended first, followed by the booster)
Patients are eligible for a screening mammogram if they:
- are ages 40 and over
- have not had a mammogram in the past year
- have no signs or symptoms of breast disease
- are insured, underinsured or uninsured
On the day of the appointment you’ll need:
- Identification
- Health insurance card (if applicable)
- Copies of past mammograms
