OATH Resource
New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) staff will be at the library to assist and educate people about what to do if they have received a summons. Staff will also be able to check and determine if someone has an outstanding summons and advise as to their options on how to proceed. OATH will also provide materials for individuals on remote hearings and other free resources provided by OATH.
