The meeting will begin with a public hearing on the 1455 Coney Island Avenue rezoning application. The Housing and Land Use Committee will then discuss neighborhood plans and Community District needs.

The committee will discuss the street fair schedule, including Flatbush, Flatbush Frolic, Mela, and National Night Out events, along with board member events and projects.
The Committee of the Whole will host public hearings on an outdoor dining application for Ayat (1616 Cortelyou Road) and a liquor license renewal application for PICH Restaurant and Lounge (774 Flatbush Avenue). The committee will then discuss the South of Prospect Neighborhood Plan.
The Committee of the Whole will hold a public hearing on a retail cannabis dispensary application for Stoned Age LLC at 1622 Cortelyou Road, followed by a discussion on the neighborhood plan with representatives of housing nonprofit organizations.
A public hearing will be held on the ULURP application for 1584 Flatbush Avenue. The Executive Committee will then review CB14 meeting practices and conduct the District Manager’s performance review.
