Begin Again
Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez and Congressman Hakeem Jeffries are hosting a Begin Again event where participants can resolve eligible outstanding NYPD summons warrants dated before September 10, 2026.

Court and defense attorneys will be available to address summons warrants for offenses including consumption of alcohol in public, unlawful possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, riding a bicycle on the sidewalk, unreasonable noise, being in a park after closing, loitering, trespassing, unleashed dogs, spitting, littering, and more.
The event will also include family activities, health resources, and other services.
