The Office of Council Member Rita C. Joseph, in partnership with Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, is hosting the 2nd Annual Foster Youth Luggage of Love Drive.

New York City foster youth and students in temporary housing can receive free luggage, essential items, resources, and more.
